LeagueOrbit Pickleball
Pickleball league software and tournaments for doubles and singles: games to 11, 15 or 21 with side-out or rally scoring, brackets and round robins, courts and check-in, on the same account you use for every sport.
Free to use, with no ads. The free features stay free.
Built for pickleball leagues and tournaments, on the same platform and account as every LeagueOrbit sport.
Leagues, sessions and divisions (name them by skill, such as 3.5 doubles), teams and rosters, a schedule with reschedules, and standings that update themselves.
Why it matters: League night runs from one place, from the first schedule to the final standings.
Guide: Pickleball league nights
Start from a preset (doubles best of 3, singles best of 3, doubles one game, or a team of 4 with 2 doubles) or build your own night in the format editor. Games to 11, 15 or 21, win by 2, with side-out or rally scoring.
Why it matters: Every league plays its own way, and the match sheet follows your rules.
The match sheet records who won each game, works out the match and the team result, and the standings update from it.
Why it matters: No adding up at the end of the night.
Single and double elimination, round robin, groups into playoffs and multi-stop tours, with games to win for each round. Check players in, call matches to courts, and share a public bracket page with a QR code, TV displays and your sponsors.
Why it matters: A tournament goes from sign-up to champion on one page, run from a phone or the desk.
Guides: Pickleball tournaments: brackets, round robins and courts, Create a tournament
Players follow their schedule and standings, sign up for tournaments, and get an alert when their match is called to a court.
Why it matters: Fewer missed matches and less waiting between them.
Every player gets a LeagueOrbit pickleball rating from their singles games in leagues and tournaments, starting at 500. My stats shows matches and games won and lost from league nights and recorded matches and, from games scored on the scoreboard, points per game and rallies won on serve and on return. Pickleball is kept separate from any other sport.
Why it matters: Players see how they’re playing, season after season.
Score at the court on a phone or tablet, rally by rally. The board shows the call (0-0-2), who serves and from which court, side outs, server 1 and 2, side-out or rally scoring, timeouts and when to switch ends, with undo and full screen. League games save to the match sheet; tournament matches save their result.
Why it matters: Nobody argues about the score or whose serve it is.
Type who’s playing and how many courts you have. Each round gets new partners where possible, sit-outs are shared fairly, and the standings keep up with games won and the point difference.
Why it matters: Open play and socials run themselves from one phone at the courts.
When a tournament match is scored on the pickleball scoreboard, the court’s stream overlay shows the games and the points in the game being played, until the result is saved.
Why it matters: Viewers follow every point, not just the final score.
Guide: Go live
Bill dues by player or by team, record payments (one player paying for the team clears the teammate), follow up with everyone who owes, and keep a money book, session budgets and payout plans. Players pay you through your own payment links.
Why it matters: You always know who has paid, and LeagueOrbit takes no cut.
Email your players and post announcements for a league or a tournament, with your own branding.
Why it matters: Everyone hears about changes and reschedules in time.
One account works across every sport. The Sport switch shows only pickleball leagues, tournaments, matches, money and listings while you are in Pickleball; money recorded in one sport never shows in another.
Why it matters: A venue or player in several sports sees exactly what they need, and nothing from the other games.
Screens from LeagueOrbit with made-up players.

Almost everything in LeagueOrbit is a setting you choose. Here is what you can shape to fit your pickleball league or event.
Choose the game (to 11, 15 or 21, win by 2), side-out or rally scoring, games to win, doubles or singles, and the games of the night.
Why it matters: Every league plays its own way, and the software follows your rules.
Pick the ranking and tie-breaks, then build playoffs from the standings.
Why it matters: The standings show what your league rewards.
Weekly fee lines, billing by player or by team, team splits, forfeit fees, prize shares and tournament prize splits by percent or fixed dollars.
Why it matters: Your money rules are written down once and applied the same way every week.
League nights, start times, courts, holidays and nights off, and the rules for reschedules and playing early.
Why it matters: The schedule fits your venue and your season.
Operators, directors, scorekeepers, viewers and team managers, each with only the rights you give them.
Why it matters: Helpers get exactly what they need, and nobody can change what they shouldn’t.
Your logo and colors on emails and pages, which names the public sees, and whether a league or tournament is listed.
Why it matters: Players see your league, not ours, and you decide what is public.
Any feature that isn’t on this list can be added. Tell us what your league, tournament or venue needs, and send us a request.

Yes. Playing and following your league is free, with no ads: join leagues, follow results and standings, basic statistics, tournaments, and scoring your own matches when your league allows it. Organizer ($12.99 a month) adds the full league operator and tournament director suites.
Games to 11, 15 or 21, win by 2, with side-out scoring or rally scoring. Matches can be one game or best of 3. The match sheet records who won each game; games scored on the pickleball scoreboard also keep every rally, so the score and rally numbers count in My stats. Faults and line calls are not recorded.
Yes. Leagues and tournaments run doubles or singles, and a team night can be built in the format editor, such as a team of 4 playing 2 doubles games.
LeagueOrbit has its own pickleball rating, from singles games in leagues and tournaments; it is not DUPR, and LeagueOrbit does not connect to DUPR. A director can type a player’s DUPR rating as their own number to seed a tournament.
No. One account works for every sport, and the Sport switch keeps them apart: leagues, tournaments, players, messages and money in Pickleball are pickleball only.
